Our diverse backgrounds in dance, athletics, fitness, and personal transformations provide us with unique perspectives for our clients.
Dale Cumberbatch received his BS in Business Administration from the University of CT where he was also a collegiate athlete with the UConn Huskies. He holds certifications in personal training from ACE (American Council on Exercise), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and TRX (Total-Body Resistance Exercise). Dale has also danced with a few prominent Boston dance companies including Phunk Phenomenon, Melaza, Shangosoul, and Hacha Y Machete. He enjoys keeping his clients in the best shape of their lives with fresh, challenging, time-efficient workouts. His studio has been ranked as one of the 10 best personal training studios on CityVoter’s Boston A-List.
Elizabeth Tambascio Cumberbatch is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer. Motivated by her love of dance, her interest in training peaked with her own body transformation. Elizabeth quickly realized the benefits of fitness spilled over in absolutely every aspect of her life and wanted to share that knowledge with others. She prides herself on keeping workouts fun and accessible to everyone. Elizabeth has worked with several organizations and programs in the community including the Hyde Square Task Force and INC, educating children and teens about staying active. She was one of Exercise TV’s 10 nominees as the Top Trainer nationwide and has been consulted as a fitness source in several publications, including Boston Magazine’s Elegant Wedding. Elizabeth is also passionate about multi-media production and received her BFA in Film/Video at Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
